Tiger Gate Gym Waiver
I, {name}, agree to the following statements:
Liability Waiver
I agree that Tiger Gate Gym, its employees, officers, directors, associates, and insurers are not responsible for any personal injuries (including death) or damages that may occur to me or my guests while on the premises or using the equipment, even if these injuries result from the gym's negligence.
Assumption of Risk
I fully assume all risks, including economic and non-economic damages, associated with using the gym's facilities and equipment. I hereby release and discharge Tiger Gate Gym, its employees, officers, directors, associates, and insurers from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown, arising from the use of the facilities and equipment.
Responsibility for Safety
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being and that of my guests. Tiger Gate Gym does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for using the facilities and equipment. I will use the equipment and facilities responsibly and in accordance with their intended design and purpose.
Compliance with Rules
I agree to adhere to all rules and regulations imposed by Tiger Gate Gym regarding the use of its facilities and equipment. I will conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times.
Risk of Injury
I acknowledge that using exercise equipment involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, permanent disability, and death, both inside and outside the facility.
Property Loss
I understand that Tiger Gate Gym is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
Personal Use
I understand that my use of Tiger Gate Gym's facilities and equipment is for my personal use and is not within the course or scope of my employment.
Copyright Release
I agree that any videos or photos taken by gym members and visitors within Tiger Gate Gym are not subject to copyright protection if used by Tiger Gate Gym for any commercial or personal purposes.
Release of Liability
I voluntarily execute this document with full knowledge of its content, releasing Tiger Gate Gym and its associates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Tiger Gate Gym, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
Amendment
This waiver may only be amended by a written agreement signed by both the client and an authorized representative of Tiger Gate Gym.
Waiver of Jury Trial
Both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial in the event of any disputes arising between them.
Integration
This waiver expresses the complete understanding of both parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, regarding its subject matter.
Notice of Dispute
Before either party files a lawsuit, they must first provide written notice detailing their dispute and allow 30 days for resolution. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may file suit without further notice.
