Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tiger Gate Gym! We are thrilled to have you as a valued member of our fitness community. Before you embark on your fitness journey with us, please carefully review and understand the following comprehensive membership terms and conditions.

Membership Types

  1. Individual Membership: This membership is for a single individual and is non-transferable.

  2. Family Membership: This membership allows for a primary member and immediate family members to join. Immediate family members may include spouses, children, or dependents living in the same household.

Membership Duration

  1. Memberships may be offered in various durations, such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

  2. Memberships automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Payment and Fees

  1. Membership Fees: Members are responsible for paying the applicable membership fees as per the selected membership plan. These fees may include an initiation fee, monthly dues, and any other relevant charges.

  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through various methods accepted by Tiger Gate Gym, including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other approved payment methods.

  3. Late Payment: A late fee may be imposed for payments received after the due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in membership suspension or termination.

  4. Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy.

Membership Freeze and Cancellation

  1. Freeze Policy: Members may request a membership freeze for a specified period due to illness, injury, relocation, or other extenuating circumstances. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to the gym management and are subject to approval. A freeze may be granted for a maximum of six months and may incur a freeze fee.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to Tiger Gate Gym at least seven days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership. A cancellation fee will be applied if the member cancels during the membership contract period. One month of payment cancellation fee for monthly payment membership, 30% cancellation fee for annual payment membership. 30% for all other memberships. 

Code of Conduct

  1. Respectful Behavior: All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using Tiger Gate Gym facilities. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or fellow members will not be tolerated.

  2. Hygiene and Attire: Members must maintain proper personal hygiene and wear appropriate workout attire while using gym facilities.

  3. Equipment Usage: Members must use gym equipment as intended, following instructions provided by staff. Misuse of equipment may result in suspension of membership privileges.

24/7 Access

 1. Membership Agreement: a. All members must sign a membership agreement before using the gym facilities. b. Memberships are non-transferable. 24/7 access opens to monthly and yearly memberships.

2. Access and Hours of Operation: a. Members with 24/7 access are allowed entry to the gym at any time. b. The gym's staffed hours for inquiries, support, and assistance are Monday - Friday 10 am-8 pm. Weekends 10 am - 5 pm. Outside of these hours, members must use their face recognition for entry.

3. Access Cards: a. Each member with 24/7 access will be required for a facial scan for face recognition. 

4. Safety and Security: a. Members must ensure the door is fully closed and secure when entering or exiting. b. Members are responsible for keeping the access card secure and not sharing it with others.

9. Termination of Membership: A violation of gym policies may result in the termination of membership. b. Memberships can be terminated by either party with written notice.

10. Health and Safety: a. Members must adhere to all health and safety guidelines posted within the gym. b. Consult with a physician before starting any new fitness program.

11. Changes to Policies: a. The gym reserves the right to amend these policies with advance notice.
